Sylvia's Sweets Digital Marketing Campaign
Sylvia from Sylvia’s Sweets had goals of informing her current clients about her products and attracting new customers outside of her network.
After completing marketing research, I created two buyer personas for her business. I then designed a landing page and an email to gain new subscribers. I used actionable copy that encouraged readers to sign up within three days to receive 20% off their first box of sweets from Sylvia’s Sweets.
After analyzing the data the campaign went well overall and her rates of engagement with the email were higher than most in her industry. Her unsubscribe rate was higher though so I suggested making sure that her content is relevant to her subscribers. For next steps, I suggested sending recipes, offers and information about her products via the email newsletter, and sharing recipes and photos of her products on Pinterest since many of her ideal customers spend time on Pinterest.
